The Enrolment Process

Step 1: Enquiry & Tour of School
Complete our online forms to either enquire, book a tour or request a prospectus.
We encourage all prospective families to complete a tour of the College.
Step 2: Apply for each child
Complete for each student you are enrolling. Contact us for a student Enrolment Application form
Step 3: Enrolment & Learning Interview
We will contact you to arrange a convenient time. Once the interview has been conducted we will advise you in writing as to the outcome.
Step 4: Offer
Following the enrolment interview, you will receive written correspondence of the outcome of the interview. Should a place be available, you will receive a letter offering the student a place.
Required Documentation
Parents looking at enrolling their child at Kingsley College will need to supply copies of the following along with their enrolment form:
- Completed form Application Form
- Pastoral Reference
- Copy of student’s Birth Certificate and/or Passport
- Non-refundable application fee, as detailed in the current Fee Schedule
- Reports from previous schools, if applicable
- Any other reports/information that is relevant to your child’s education and/or health
